All products being returned must be brand-new, unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags, stickers, and film remaining intact.
Items that exhibit any signs of usage, damage, or wear are not eligible for returns. This covers all indicators that the product has been mounted, including scratches, scuffs, straining, dents, dirt, and pet hair.
All returned goods are examined, and worn or damaged goods are sent back to the purchaser.
