Order Responsibility
Please keep in mind that there may be some orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Limited quantities; inaccuracies in pricing or errors in the listed information; problems with your credit card acceptance; and prolonged backorders by the manufacturer are some of the situations that may result in the cancellation of your order. Please keep in mind that we may need more information before processing any order. If any part of your order is canceled or if we require additional information to process the order, we will notify you via email. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled due to the discontinuation or lack of availability of a part, we will credit your account. While we have millions of parts in stock, we may not have every part we sell in stock. Most orders will not be processed in three days, but please allow three (3) business days for your order to be processed before shipping. An order containing one or more out-of-stock parts may take longer than three days to process on occasion. When the order is ready to be packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the actual shipping date. We are not liable for incorrectly ordered items as a result of incorrect information being listed.

PCP Motorsport SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS OF USE WHERE SUCH FAILURE RESULTS FROM ANY CAUSE BEYOND PCP MOTORSPORT REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MECHANICAL, ELECTRONIC, OR COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE OR DEGRADATION. THE LIABILITY OF PCP MOTORSPORT IN SOME JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Warranties Limitation
We buy from several hundred manufacturers as a supplier of motorsport components and equipment. A copy of the product warranties offered by the majority of these manufacturers is available upon request. For a copy of the warranty details provided by a particular manufacturer, get in touch with us. Other than what is provided by the manufacturers, PCP Motorsports makes no express or implied warranties. The site is offered "as is" and "as available," with the exception of these limited guarantees that are given directly by the manufacturers.
Closeout Sale Items
Closeout sale products are not returnable for a refund unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was received. If you believe you have received the wrong or damaged Final Sale item, please notify us.
